Since the 4th Republic Ghana’s Leadership has developed the habit of stalling or abandoning very important infrastructural development projects because it was started by a previous government at the expense of the needs of Ghanaians.

The fourth estate captured such abandoned hospital projects captioned billions in the Bush – 8 hospitals delayed, abandoned.
