ECG apologises to customers
The Electricity Company of Ghana apologised for the inconvenience caused to homes, businesses and institutions, but emphasised that the maintenance works are necessary to ensure long-term reliability of the power supply.
The company urged customers in affected communities to make adequate preparations ahead of the planned outages.

why must every maintenance by ECG means a large power outage? where are all the options to keep customers on supply while a section or an equipment is taken out for maintenance or fault? This doesn’t make any proper network operations management.
