PAC and mediocre service – Eye witness report
On 15th March 2023 nutsegegh.com (NSG News) carry an eye witness report on the poor service offered at the Ghana Premium Application Centre (PAC) in Tower Hill London. This talk is a follow on with details on the company offering the service and extra charges irrespective of the expensive premium fee charged. Use of the Internet kiosk at the Centre attracts additional £5 charge. Text message for update of progress of application £2 etc.
Service is offered by Access Group a company officially registered as Access Citizens Service UK Limited in March 2022.
The PAC was inaugurated by representatives of Ghana ministry of foreign affairs on 8th November 2022.
It is noted that the service provider Access Group was registered in the same year few months earlier – Could it be coincidence? The Hot Seat raised questions like when was the public tendering and
- What is the standard of service to be offered by Access Group as contract?
- What went of behind the scenes in awarding the contract to Access Group?
- Why is Access Group offering mediocre service in the name of premium applications service?
The standard of service compared to the standard service offered by Ghana High Commission at 104 Highgate Hill N6 5HE London is of a superior quality and standard.
There is nothing premium about the Centre and service provided.
A 10 years old boy rate the service as a minus 5 star quality.
The Hot Seat challenge Ghana government, the ministry for foreign affairs and the Ghana High Commission to provide Ghanaians with information on how Access Group was awarded the contract and also for Access Group to render service worthy of the premium fees being charged.
