Heavyweight era of rumours

The heavyweight boxing scene is littered with endless rumours, speculations and ducking opponents without any meaningful action. NSG Sports is adjudged Anthony Joshua the best in the era having been back in active boxing taking to the ring with Jamain Franklin in April 2023 after his back to back loss to Alexander Usyk in 2023.

Anthony Joshua is again said will be fighting in August 2023 possibly a trilogy fight with Dillian Whyte. The two belt holders Alexander Usyk and Tyson Fury have not been in the ring since the last fight in 2023.

Apart from Zhollei Zhang and Joe Joyce who took to the ring recently where Joe Joyce lost to Zhillei Zhang, most of the top 10 heavyweights have not been active in the ring. NSG Sports desk thinks it time to put to bed all the rumours, speculations and ducking and get on with some real boxing.
