GRA Exceeds Q1 Tax Revenue Target, Collects GH₵41 Billion

The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has exceeded its first-quarter tax revenue target, collecting GH₵41 billion, surpassing the GH₵39 billion goal. Acting Commissioner-General, Anthony Sarpong, praised the performance across regions, with the Ashanti Region exceeding its individual target. He urged continued effort to meet the national target by year-end, emphasizing that this achievement is just the beginning. Sarpong expressed confidence that the momentum will carry through the remaining quarters of the year.
