E-Levy and Ghana’s Leadership – A Recap of the Promises & Warnings

E-Levy was presented to Ghanaians as the saviour to Ghana’s struggling economy. The finance minister Ken Ofori-Atta expressly said, E-Levy will stop Ghana from IMF program. Simply put, E-Levy is the solution to everything that pertains to Ghana and people. Now that the E-Levy is controversially passed, lets look at some of the promises and warnings our public servants and political leaders gave as reasons for the need to pass the E-Levy.
